Our colleagues from the sewing production department participated in the annual job fair at the Almaty Technological University (ATU).

Participating in a job fair is an excellent opportunity for companies to present their vacancies and attract new employees. At such events, employers can:

• Meet potential candidates: Direct communication helps better understanding the skills and motivation of job seekers.
• Present their company: It’s a chance to talk about the corporate culture, values, and benefits of working for the company.
• Collect resumes: This allows creating a database of candidates for future vacancies.

In addition to presenting our factory, they showcased our products and interacted with future specialists in the fields of clothing technology and design.
